It’s also the official public prayer life of the Church and one of the most ancient formula of prayer for people who want to sing the Scriptures, learn how to stay in the Presence of God and live being saturated in the Word?

In 120 min session you will find explanation to:
the Jewish roots of LOTH
the dynamic of chanting the Psalms and Canticles
how to sanctify your time and all your activities by praying the LOTH
how to chant at home, on your own or with your family or friends
why Psalms should be sung, not recited
We will end with practicum of chanting Night Prayer and guidance for further LOTH prayer practice;
