Typically, a program is a written plan that a parish purchases or creates to follow. What we provide is a missionary or team of missionaries to disciple and equip leaders and volunteers on a weekly basis. The format will vary depending on the parish needs.

Instead of events with themes, we focus on implementing a rhythm of life that includes weekly worship, fellowship, discipleship and evangelization.

The youth minister will focus primarily on building relationships, recruiting and discipling the core team.

Relationships, 1 on 1 asks for parents to host social nights and small-group discipleship in their homes. Adults of the household and all adult leaders would be safe environment trained before beginning any group.

STF Youth is primarily for high school. If you have a ministry need for other age groups you can fill out our discovery form below and check the box for other age groups. We will contact you to setup an intake meeting.
